Dalyan Sunrise Homes specialise in our own high quality new build homes designed to your specific needs. We also have an extensive range of land and re-sale homes many of which are our own build.

The family business is owned and personally managed by Mr Asalet Can a native of Denizli Turkey. He speaks excellent english and has a good knowledge of European standards and needs after having lived and worked in England for 18 years.

We have our own in-house architect Murat Can who speaks English and German.
