Rental Package

We offer you a fully comprehensive rental service if you decide you would like to earn an income from your home.  This package entails not only rental but a cleaning and laundry service.  Our costs to you are 20% of the weekly rental price for organising this service, plus laundry and cleaning of your property at a cost of £30 for villas and £25 for apartments.

Customers renting the property would have to pay their own transfer costs.  However, we can recommend a reputable transfer agent and we can arrange the transfers for you.
