Villa Helmia is a private villa with a beautiful lush garden, with citrus, banana and olive trees and a large private pool with marble surround. The villa is a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of Dalyan in a quiet location in the popular Gulpinar district overlooking local cotton fields.

On the first floor, the villa has 2 double bedrooms, each with a private balcony, a twin room (without balcony) and a family bathroom with bath and shower. The second floor comprises the large master bedroom, with built in wardrobes and a spacious en suite bathroom with shower.

Downstairs, there is a third bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, oven and coffee maker. The open plan dining and lounge areas include chairs and 2 comfortable sofas, one of which is a bed settee which can accommodate another 2 guests. In the lounge, there is also a hand built feature fireplace in the 'snug', which is a lovely focal point.
